    Default Riverbelle cheated me of $10,000 Promotional Prize

    :( I have been a player at Aces High since last year and enjoyed playing. Prior to that my husband played at Jackpot City. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and when congress wanted to ban internet gambling we were against this. Bellerock Gaming took over Aces High this year and it has been a nightmare. I truly understand what Congress' concern is and now do believe that some of these sites should be shut down and internet gaming should be monitored very closely.
    Following is what Bellerock did to a VIP customer. I highly recommend that those who play at Bellerock affiliated casinos find another more honest and reputable gaming site to play and stay away from Bellerock.

    Gaynor from Bellerock was supposed to call me on Monday night regarding when I would receive my money. Because they operate in a different country and their business hours are in the middle of the night, I ended up being up all night and guess what no phone call.

    Then last night she calls and says they are not honoring their email. They have sent several emails and saying I would be paid and then suddenly five days later, after emails saying that I would be paid and that they have forwarded my payment information to be processed, this woman calls to say that the Casino made a mistake and is not honoring their emails or correspondence. Between the time that I received my emails saying I won and saying that they were processing my payment and the time she called five days later to say that they don't honor payments, I have spent more money at Bellerock casinos. This is how they induce customers to spend money.

    Please post as people need to stay away from these casinos.
