I replied to your initial email dated 2/11 - to
support@betssongroupaffiliates.com - about a transferred GIG account, which I cannot access. My reply was sent on 25/11 and again a follow up on 2/12. I cannot access the account because I never received your promised follow up email that was supposed to be coming the same day with login and password details.
Your instructions above regarding usernames don't work because the reset password form expects an email address not a username. And I already have a BGA account so if I reset password I may reset both accounts, or only one, or neither, who knows? Also I wanted clarification on whether they could be merged.
I don't want to continue this discussion here on a public forum. Just reply to the emails please.
