I'm not sure if he scammed us .. there would be no reason for him to do that actually, putting the brand online does not cost him money
So I hope he will come back to us

OMG...
I do not want to offend you, but let's be clear. This guy did scam you. Receiving money for putting online your brand and not putting it online, is scamming. It is the same as you give me some money for a laptop and I do not send you that laptop. He now received money and did not put online your brand. Putting online your brand do cost him time and he has to drop off one other brand from his top 5. Brands who are perhaps paying him too for being there.
You gotta be a little less naïve.
