    Hey Friends,

By the time the 20th comes they will be back on track with ontime payments I have been told. Jodi has always kept me inform through out this payment problem and I beleive that Rome will come through with everyones payment. Thank you Jodi and Rome for doing the right thing and getting affiliates paid.

Just an update, Rome is still not paying...they seem to have been kicked out of this forum also..I wonder if they are even in business anymore.

    Hi Magic,

I would ask that any affiliate who has more than $500 due to him/her please email me your affiliate ID number at noah@romepartners.com and I shall find out what the problem is.

    Kind Regards,

LOL only affiliates earning more than $500 is important i guess. This is really sad to see the on going problems with this group , I guess Rome will soon need to launch some more casinos cause this brand name is crap now.I have a feeling they already did this

I was wondering about the affiliates that may be due payment that earned less than the $500 benchmark. I guess if you earned $499 you are SOL.

    Update -

I received a partial payment today and was told I should receive the remaining balance in January.

It's frustrating that I will still have to wait for the rest of the payment (I've been waiting for 6+ months now) but it's encouraging to actually see some progress.

Any affiliate company that pays partial payments are complete dicks! and should be dropped by every affiliate. Hopefully everyone still has them on the blacklist of casinos to avoid!

Noah, your an embarrasment to all affiliate managers who work hard to support partners and Rome should be tossed to the dogs!

    Hello All,

Please allow me to address some of your comments.

First of all, concerning NDN's payment, as I have explained to him in an email, he sent us the email close to the end of December, the end of the fiscal year, and it is not easy to mobilize all payments at such a late moment. I am sure he himself will admit that once he sent me the email we were very quick at mobilizing what payment we could (about half) quickly and sent it to him, the rest of the payment will arrive on the regular date of affilaite payments. Now of course we are at fault for the long delay but these are the very last remnants of our big affiliate debt and we are in effect closing these last corners these days.

Magic79 has also been paid after emailing me IN FULL.

As for your comments concerning the $500 minimum limit - What you are missing here is that this rule only applies to payments by WIRE or CHECK. If you are owed less than $500, you can be paid via EWALLET. (http://www.romepartners.com/affiliat...ctPage=payment)

I would also like to say that comments like "dicks" (casinobonusrus) are not only unhelpful but are just antagonistic for antagonism's sake, please try and keep this thread at least professional in tone because this is the one and only time I will respond to such childish posts.

Kind Regards and a Happy and Lucrative New Year,

Noah, I was not tying to antagonish you or anyone else but simply sharing my opinion. It is justified IMO considering the issues you guys have had and appear to continue to have.

To say you couldn't come up with the full payment due to year end is utter nonsense. You have received payment for those deposits/earnings so there is no excuse to not have paid any affiliate.

You guys repeatedly have excuse after excuse for delays and IMO opinion that makes you guys dicks, for lack of a better and more professional way of saying it.

Forgive me for not having the patience nor interest in being sweet with programs that fail to respect affilaites and the hard work they do to earn the revenue they are owed. Yes you may have paid most but it took you months and months and Rome's reputation is damaged for it.

I'd suggest you pay on time every time should you wish to see your reputation repaired and your brands respected.

I'm very sorry but calling us 'dicks' and saying we should be 'thrown to the dogs' is not sharing your opinion and is VERY much pure antagonism. (By the way I am not an affiliate manager but simply a Rome rep). We are attempting to repay these last debts (and also, if you think that its easy to wire money 2 days before new years eve not to mention the end of the fiscal year than you have never run a corporate budget), we have sent all we can, have kept the affiliates involved updated, and the only amount withstanding at the moment is NDN's second part. I appreciate your vehemence in the defense of your colleagues but in truth they do not need it - this issue is ending.

I believe that NDN is the last to be owed, however I will ask again that if any of you think you have any other withstanding sums owed to you please email me at noah@romepartners.com with your affiliate ID.

I have promised NDN that I will keep him updated on delivery of the second part and so I will.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

As a fellow canuck I will try to give a professional response:either Rome has money issues or their money is in a place where they are having problems moving it around. In either case this puts both players and affiliates at risk.
I do not work with Rome or any Top Game casinos nor will I ever because I feel they have not proven themselves to be financially stable nor do I like the software .I did try the software but it does not offer enough variety in my opinion to keep players for a long time.
The payment issue with Rome has been going on probably 8-9 months which looks very bad for a casino who only opened 18 months or so.

Top Game has had/have a flurry of major issues, which also includes them currently listed over at: http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/blunders/topgame.php

To make matters worse, there are perpetual player payment issues from casinos running this software. (all except Black Diamond - who seem to have their sh#t together).

Not that I promote Rome Casino or any other casino that uses Top Game software.

As an affiliate I send traffic/players to a casino. It's the casino's responsibility to make sure that I'm paid each month, along with my players being paid their winnings within an industry accepted time frame.

If a casino is unable to action this then I drop them.

We should all realise by now when the bottom line is affected it's one of the best ways to force a positive change.

Honestly I'm tired of reading the blah...blah..blah from these Top Game casinos.

    Cheers

    Dave

Noah, I am offended by your statements and I would appreciate an apology.

You're trying to imply that I contacted Rome just once and that is pretty damn upsetting.

I contacted Jodi MANY times (we are talking upwards of 100+ times) over the 6-8 months that I have been owed my payments. Jodi is aware of that, Joshua is aware of that, and Michael (GPWA Executive Director) is aware of that.

While it might have been difficult for you to "mobilize" my payment near the end of the year, you had ample opportunity to do so in the 6+ months prior to that.

Personally, I don't even understand why it should be the affiliate's responsibility to have to initiate contact to collect their affiliate payments.

I've taken up a large chunk of my time trying to get this resolved and so far I haven't even received half of my well PAST DUE affiliate payment.

Trying to imply that I am somehow at fault is just salt in the wound.

I'm sorry if it seemed in any way that I was implying that this is somehow your fault, I made no statements regarding past applications nor was I involved then, I was asked to respond to any current issues, was emailed by the affiliates and made sure we are closing this issue and your payments.

As for the issue of payment itself if you will look back on this thread we have discussed the reasons ad nauseum and have had the discussion on CM as well. I have explained what happened and will not repeat the same now. If you want answers look back a few pages.

Look I came to this thread to try and get paid any affiliate that has been missed, not to reiterate. All affiliates still owed are getting paid, it was only two and I am very sorry you were delayed, I have done what I can since getting involved and since getting your email. You can continue to berate me for the things we have already been well berated for and I myself have apologize profusely for, but it will not change my purpose here, which is to aid.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

That sentence strongly implies that I waited until the last minute to contact anyone about my overdue payments. I am sure I am not the only person who got that impression.

I just wanted to make sure that everyone here was aware that I've been trying to get this resolved for quite a while now and I didn't simply contact you at the last minute.

On top of my many communications with Jodi without any results, I've also contacted Michael, Top Game, and now you.

With that said, I do appreciate that you have been able to get things moving and I look forward to getting this resolved once and for all later this month.

Rome has also paid us last week through moneybookers. Seems they are at least trying to get their act together which all in all is a good sign.
