This is an appalling act on the part of Rome. Not only does it hurt the affiliate here, but it hurts all affiliates. It goes on to hurt all topgame operators as they will never be trusted.

TopGame operators that are honestly trying to start a good casino are screwed from the start with the likes of Rome. Affiliates won't touch top game casinos.

TopGame! Do something about this! You had the potential to be a terrific option for players and affiliates facing the usa. Instead, we have a complete lack of professionalism on any of the several issues you face. Bad progressives, missing symbols, insane customer service, LAWLESS acts like this one on affiliates! What do you think is going to happen now?

Anyone considering buying a TopGame platform.. dont do it!

I am sorry for the op's here. I know I would be beside myself. Never give up!!!

Not that I would blow the doors off of any single Top Game that I promoted, because of issues like this I have decided to be even more cautious promoting any of them then I would have been had this not happened.

Add this issue to the player complaints and it's pretty obvious why many affiliates are staying away. (although the player issues alone are enough for most)

I have a few listings up for a few Top Game properties, but overall I likely will not give Rome the coverage I would have before this whole mess came to light.

What i am prepared to do and i am on it right now.. is add them to every website i own as an unethical casino business. essentially what this means is google picks up on 8-10 sites that have a warning about this provider as a non paying rogues business.

    Let Google do the talking!!

Hello. Still nothing. I am going to wait another few days before I go on my negative marketing campaign. Believe me when I tell you that I will be doing EVERYTHING in my power to make sure all potential players know about the thievery that goes on at Top Game casinos. I plan on news releases that will be in Google news, press releases from a few press release sites, notices on all my sites, and much more. I have already redirected all of my traffic from Rome and Diceland to another property and plan on having them fully removed in the next week or two. This is their last chance to make something happen. If not then you will start to see the negative stuff from me on Friday morning. Come Friday, Let the bad exposure begin!!!

For any affiliate on the "fence" about Rome, or has the idea that this is an isolated case, just remember everything you read in this thread. IF you don't care about SMV or Offyourface not being paid.....what about the issue of Rome representatives blatantly lying here in this exact thread when they said numerous times they were "working" on this with the affiliates, or that they would report any progress when there was some to report..??? IS this not enough for ALL affiliates to realize that they can not be trusted for their word? that they are liers? that they will screw you just as easily as anyone else....and don't forget...this was a good affiliate...one who made them money....and they lied and cheated him! what about those of us who don't bring in the "big" deposits...what do you think they will do to you if and when you make a big money month??? come on....there should be no doubt in anyones mind about this group now...and they should be blacklisted immediately....no more waiting....they have stalled, ignored and lied this entire time with no repsect for any of us.

Kevin, i am sorry for you and your brother, but you have shown what type of program this place is....and you should feel proud if not broke..lol...sorry.

Some good points giggles... And others as well..

I wanted originally to wait and see how things progressed, as posting blacklists and rogue articles get indexed really fast in google and affect the programs and affiliates as well. And i do know there was a possible chance they would work it out... I didn't want to plaster blacklists on all sites.

However apparently this is not the case, and i lack faith this is being handled by Rome, and although they face cash flow issues, and may have terrible times no one in there right mind could allow players or even other affiliates to not know about this when making decisions to either play or promote them.

For that particular reason over the next day or so I will have installed a section on all my sites regarding Rome and as another person suggested in another rogued thread if anyone wants to link exchange with me Blacklist threads we have a good chance or better tat it will hit higher in the serps for Rome NON payment or ROME blacklisted or Rogued Rome.. ec.

You know what i mean. There are many affiliates out there who dont come here and simply do not know what is going on and remain silent. Lets help them out..

I also think a link back to hear would be good to allow players and other affiliaes online to have a look and get educated on this.

    Steve

I am hoping for some kind of correspondence this week or they are going to feel my wrath as well. I don't know what else to do when we can't get these girls to man up and get in contact with us. I have been about as nice as I am going to be with this whole mess, but I'm over the bullshit. Gabriel, Josh, Yohan, you all have my phone #, someone needs to call me this week.

I will twit this 5 times a day until they respond, Do i hear 6 times from anyone?

Arrow From Noah at Rome - Response

    Hi Guys,

I'm sorry I haven't responded here, I was unable to comment about this case. However I spoke about this with the Casino bosses today and we ARE speaking to the affiliate, he can expect an email from us today.

I will await further word before I comment again, I'll just say that we are trying to resolve the situation and are in no way ignoring it. I should have more for you in the next few days.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

Just a quick update to say that we finally had some correspondence with Rome Partners today. At this juncture we are confident that we can reach a satisfactory resolution within a day or two. They have definitely showed a willingness to work with us on this matter, so final updates will be forthcoming.

Hey mate thanks for the update. I am pleased about this. I hope were told what the outcome is, as i kinda feel like this may be hush hush as not to rock the affiliates nerves.. Anything less than 16K would be still tragic!!

But as long as you and your BRO are happy that's really all that counts but just keep in mind if any smaller settlement is taken it allows other programs to feel they can do the same and get a way with it.

Sometimes a stand needs to be taken, although with that kind of money i understand anything close would be a relief..

Noah, I think it is good you do come in to the forums, but I am afraid that what you are offering here and in Payment Problems with Rome, will be "Too little, Too late."

Without some form of immediate action, not a few days, or 2 weeks, You may not be able to save Rome at all.

    Hi,

This isn't the issue of this thread, but I'll answer - We have explained before our problem with the processor, if we could pay everyone right now we would, telling us that we must make immediate action or we are lost will not help I'm afraid. We are gathering the funds to start paying everyone, and everyone is getting paid, I'm sorry but that is all we can do at this point in time, and not because we feel like it, believe you me. We are getting our money from the new processor on time, if that wasn't true or if we weren't going to pay I wouldn't say it. I understand the frustration and the disbelief and there's nothing I can do until we do get the money and pay.

    Kind Regards,

    Noah

Noah, while although it is good you are going to "eventually" pay affiliate earnings, the real concern is your lack of having the proper finances in place to ensure continued operation in order to pay those you are indebt to.

This only causes affiliates more concern as one must question your ability to lobgivity and your ability on a permant scale to pay the players we direct to your brands. The fact you have had this problem in the first place shows a lack of judgement on your part to ensure you have the funds in place to pay people.

I'm happy you'll be paying my collegues but I for one will never promote you based on what I have seen in this thread and the sheer unacceptable time it has taken you to even get to this point in your claim that payments will sent in 2-3 weeks.

The simple question is...why promote a brand that has had your issues when there are so many who would never put themselves into the position you have let alone take the time you have taken to pay affiliates.

I wonder Noah, have YOU been paid while all this has been going on?, what about your staff? I suspect you/they have or you wouldn't be here would you....likewise with affiliates!

    Hi Noah,

How will you show that this 16k went to another affiliate? I cannot think of a way that there could be concrete proof. This is a sticky situation and I think that if you were an affiliate you would be unable to take Rome's word for it as well.

If the OP here has worked out a settlement I think that is great, as long as they are happy. That is not our business really. However, many of us are looking at this and wouldn't dream of promoting you if something like this could happen.

Michael could look at it and he has kindly offered. However, I don't see how anyone could say 100% that this scenerio is actually factual as everything can be fabricated.

Please let us know your thoughts.

    Thanks.

    Final Update:

The first thing I would like to do is thank every affiliate who voiced their opinion in this thread. It's a great testament to how powerful affiliates can be as one voice when we pull together so both my brother and I thank you for that.

As for Rome, We have now reached a satisfactory agreement with Rome partners and we appreciate their willingness to work with us on this issue. I do believe this was an aberration, there were definitely some other factors in the mix here, but we are satisfied with the agreement that was reached and just want to put this behind us.

As for the rest of the problems at Rome, I have talked with them at length and I am confident moving forward that things are going to get much better in the near future. They are not the first program to have cashflow issues nor will they be the last. I think their lack of communication was the biggest problem here and I hope they now understand that communication is paramount in any business relationship.

They've no doubt had their share of growing pains as a new casino, and top game's had their share of problems too. But I think if we go back far enough we will see a lot of these same problems with just about all casino softwares. Game bugs, slow payments ect.. So if things get back on track soon, I am looking forward to working with them again assuming all pending payments for both players and affiliates are handled in a timely fashion.

Thanks again for all the support. We feel like the community was very instrumental in our success with getting this matter resolved, and its greatly appreciated.
