Royal Club Affiliate Payment Issue (Partially solved)

I can write on the forum because I can not make me pay the website royalclubaffiliates.com. Dan varley the manager promised me every week a new date.
To start I had to be paid by 15 October neteller. But the manager told me he paid more neteller but not by bank transfer. I give my bank details, I would be paid on 22 October. At that time still nothing, Dan varley I therefore propose a new date for the beginning of November and the end of November, of course this promise is not kept. I recontact, he proposes to me paid by western union, it will be faster. I was to be paid in early December, but now it asks me for my postal address, so that my address is already on my profile. New date fon this week, but of course he did not always paid.
