    Angry Rummy Affiliates temporarily closed my account

    Problem solved: My account is opened and my password works again...

    I found out a few weeks ago that Rummyaffiliates has closed my account while i was still having hundreds of dollars commissions every months from my players...

    My account is now closed... I didn't received any email from them and they don't answer to me...

    This remind me what Affeurop did to me 2 years ago... Just closed my account without notifying me and keeping my players... Lifetime revenues they said... Sure !!!

    Default Rummy Affiliates

    Please do let us know how you get on - i have a rummy affiliate account and have just started adding them to more sites

    when speaking to the staff there they asked what sites i have and would i push Winner Casino and Poker . They seem to be tied into Winner in some way as well.

    If Rummy Affiliates can behave in this way and there is a link to Winner - well i would be wary of pushing Winner if that is the kind of behaviour that they are demonstrating

    Honestly I think Winner is most rogue program.. Hope they are not tied with them.

    Thanks alex, it seems that you gave me the magic address... i just said "Alex Pratt on GPWA forum" and like a miracle, my account is active and i can access it with the password that i used to try with a few weeks ago, unsuccessfully...

    What was the reasoning behind disabling your account in the first place? Just having it "magically" reactivated does not dismiss the fact they locked you out in the first place. I would really be interested in the story as I am sure many others would.

In no way, whatsoever, did we close your account. RummyAffiliates did not shave any players from your account—never has, and never will.     Really ?

    So tell me why when i tried to ask a new password using "Forgot my password" i had a message saying: "You have entered a wrong Username or Email Address. Please try again."

    And tell me also why i had no answered using 4 times the form on this page : http://www.rummyaffiliates.com/support.html

    The only answer i had is from your email address that Alex Pratt gave me a few days ago. I ve been waiting weeks for an answer from your form...

    Regarding the message you got: Our system may have displayed a wrong error message. We will check that out and get back to you.
    About the e-mails you sent, I never got any e-mails from you till the last one.
    And why now you are not talking about 'Shaving players'? it was the issue no?

    Anyhow, don't rush to write wrong threads on GPWA before checking what's going on, people can take you seriously.

    I've been waiting weeks for an answer... Maybe you didn't get theses messages, i don't know and i am not responsible for that if you have problems with your contact form or for receiving emails.

    But when i send 4 emails and when i don't get answers, i am suspicious... I think anybody would be suspicious...

    I post here only if i am not able to solve the problem with my affiliate manager or with the affiliate program... i don't rush to write wrong threads here as you said. As i said, i posted here after 4 emails sent to your support.

    Ok, so let's say that you sent 4 e-mails and never got an answer, why posting "Rummy affiliates shaved my players"? from where you got this conclusion? from not answering your e-mails? I don't understand it, I'm sorry. so maybe we have a problems with getting e-mails but in any case I don't think it was the right decision to publish your post.

    From experience... I am working on the french market and just as a reminder, 2 years ago, many affiliate programs closed my account without any notifications, shaving all my players, commissions... This is not a scoop that i am telling you right know, you must know what happened 2 years ago on the french market...

    The last affiliate program who did that to me is Affeurope. Account closed, no answers to my emails, unable to login again...

    So now you can understand my conclusion.

    Also when i see these stats...

    Total Player Registrations: 134
    Qualified Players (CPA): 7

    It's still not a reason, anyway we are not like other companies, even after closing the French market we are still paying for the affiliates till the last penny and not shaving anything.
