I am not surprised that that much more casino spam is sent for certain casino groups than for others.
Affiliate managers are the only ones who can make sure their programs terms are obeyed and spammers could not care less about such "warnings" without consequences.
I check a real old email at least 1 time every 2 months have a mountain of mails and you can be guaranteed that 90% of them are from Casinos offering me free money.
I just took a look, and I cannot see the "GPWA approved" seal.
Did the GPWA tell him to remove it for his tacky antics?
I will admit, my cynical self was getting ready for you to do nothing, so if you actually backed up this particular seal with genuine action, then I'm impressed - and I will mentally take it out of the general cauldron of worthless stamps that is the industry standard.
Well it looks like Ben's warning to "Vegas Treasure Chest" really worked wonders here!! I just received this one last night...
Keep up the GREAT work there at Rushmore Casino Group Ben!!
The ID on this one is also 16907, which is the same as what Caruso posted earlier. Even though it is .ca and not .com
Hey Mr. Vegas Treasure Chest, why do you choose to be such a dick head asshole for??
This is just one more reason this Group does not deserve to be on an "Accredited Casino List" !

I have this feeling that tells me there a lot of trouble at c-planet.
Ben act like you are supposed to act for an accredited casino group, now you are not, your casinos also have been removed from casinomeisters accredited casinolist. As Bryan says : get your act together!
Why have your brands demolished so badly while it has been so much effort for a group powered by RTG to get on the top. I just do not get why you took a different exit on the US highway also.

Could be but no one is going to believe you until the bottom falls out. Some prefer to deal with problems upon arrival.I have this feeling that tells me there a lot of trouble at c-planet.

**Ahem** Well, that worked a real treat.
He probably thought it didn't matter now he lost his GPWA stamp.
Or maybe he didn't give a toss either way.
Probably, both.
This character is spamming and SPOOFING emails. Doesn't Rushmore consider this an offence worthy of a bit more than "telling the affiliate to stop"?

Hi,
I Did not bother to reply to your post because you are rude.
The affiliate's account is closed he obviously sent out another lot before it was closed.
I don't wish to argue with you on the forums but you seem to want to fight.
We have thousands of affiliate and unfortunately some do spam, once we find this out we take the action to stop them.
This guy didn't listen and then I closed his account.
End of story.
Regards
Ben
I guess I was misinformed...
Looks like Ben is still with Rushmore and is in as good a humor as ever...

I don't think this is Ben's problem to play go between with you and vegastreasurechest.com .
Ben did what he can within his abilities with Rushmore .As for GPWA ,You got this email ,did anyone else get it?If you get more I am sure Michael will address it then.
Also 'RUSHMORE EMAIL TRICK' does not seem to be a FAIR title for this thread.

I assume you're joking? The Rushmore rep's job is to deal with affiliates. This is a rogue affiliate. If Rushmore did nothing about its rogue affiliates, this wouldn't reflect disastrously on the rep in particular and the casino in general?
Oh, I think it would.
Did you also consider 888 not responsible for their blackhat affiliate techniques?
Bwahahaha, so if only I get it, it's OK? It only matters if someone from "the clan" got it?as for GPWA ,You got this email ,did anyone else get it?If you get more I am sure Michael will address it then.
Don't tell me you'rew saying you don't believe me?
Nice one.
FYI, Gambling Guru got it - I take it you failed to read his post?
In addition to this, Michael et al dealt with the issue as it pertained to them, ie. removal of the GPWA seal, when "only I" had a problem. So they don't seem to think that if "only I" got this spam, it was OK. And thank goodness for that.
To be more precise: "were", not "are". Rushmore was removed for blatantly unfair player terms.
Whether or not they'll be back soon is anyone's guess, however.
Thank you - I wish you'd mentioned this earlier.
If he's spamming in the same way for these ops, he should be removed. But one will not know that until someone reports as such.3. This affiliate works with the following US brands and is also GPWA accredited perhaps you should contact all of these operators and GPWA to have him removed...(etc)
