Default Russia on the cusp of legalizing online poker

If you recall, the GPWA covered a story over the summer about how Russia may move to legalize and regulate online poker as a way to generate tax revenue to fund sporting ventures.

According to Business Insider, Russia is indeed moving in that direction.

All this processes are stuck right now. They promised to move area from Azov to Sochi and legalise online poker, but then rouble fall down and all this plans fallen with it. Putin have enough problems with blocking websites with casinos etc.
