Default Scam Artist - Adrian Daniel [adrian@lexicaltech.net]

CAUTION - both affiliates and affiliate managers.

This person ( Adrian Daniel [adrian@lexicaltech.net]) is fraudulently representing themselves as the owner of nodepositcasinoonline.com and scamming affiliate managers for Placement Fees on our site. He may also try to target affiliates for links on our site.

Below is his standard scam email.

We have already sent this person 2 emails (but as expected no reply) requesting he stop fraudulently representing himself and scamming affiliate managers (FYI - I know of at least 2 affiliate managers that have fallen victims)

Fellow affiliates - be cautious of this person. We do not sell links on our site, and only work with operators (in regards to placement fees) that we have an existing / past relationships.

    Hi Elaine

Could you please post the email you received in this thread or send me a private message with the email?

This person emailed me a month ago with obviously a bullshit response and continues to fraudulently represent himself as the owner of Nodepositcasinoonline

Here is his email to me:

    DEAR

I have now saw your emails and I will like to inform
you that for the past six months I was in the
hospital after a car accident and my laptop with all
my information with all my saved passwords, login
details, etc was stolen since at that time, this is
the first time I have been online since then, so
apparently whoever stole my laptop was impersonating
me and making deals, etc without my consent or
knowledge, I have already reported this matter to my
local police authorities and they are investigating
the person had full access to my neteller and
moneybookers account also, and transferred out the
money collected to their own accounts, so I have
also reported to neteller and moneybookers in an
effort for us to catch this thief, I have also just
begun changing all my passwords, etc, starting with
this email address, I apologise for any inconvience
caused but it was totally beyond my control as you
now know, please advise the casino operators of this
for me. I will continue to change my passwords and
update you accordingly on any progress in this
matter, thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    Adrian

    NoDpositCasino,

Do you get a sense that the person is being truthful?

If so, I propose we keep the thread completely intact, but allow me to change the email address to stop the spam bots from picking up on it, maybe simply adding an underscore, keeping everything else in tact and unchanged, letting the warning stand.

You can answer in pm if you feel more comfortable.

We could find out by asking the program that got stiffed for the payment details where they sent their money. That should prove it.

With a date of the 31st, it looks as if this guy either:
    A) did not change his password
    B) has had his workstation/laptop hacked with keystroke trojan or remote access
    C) sent Nodepositcasino a false response

I wishI would get the letter, I would say...sure, where do I send the money....

Both emails end Best Regards but that might just be a red herring.

Why not get the false email from a program and compare the headers to the supposed real one and see where they originated (originating IP etc)? If they are different it doesn't prove or disprove anything but if they are identical, they are coming from the same place.

Good point Simmo, too bad email server software ever allowed for forged headers.

I have heard of this guy before, I have him on Skype as well!

His Skype ID is adrian.daniel and it says he lives in Trinidad and Tobago, in case anybody is interested in confronting him through there.

I've asked the aff mgr who sent money for the payment details to which they sent to. We should know pretty soon if it's him or not.

I don't know, but i will be very surprised if he made public the content of private messages like other guys are doing this. Have you heard about it too, that people are doing this? It's really bad, or isn't? What do you think?

Thanks Gabriel / Simmo / Renee / Martyn.. I have included the email header info from Adrian email below (when he said his account was hacked and apologized). But as you can see, his email to me was on 25th June coming from <adrian@lexicaltech.net> which means he had full access to his email account & per his own words "I have also just begun changing all my passwords, etc, starting with this email address" YET Elaine got his email just a few days ago (31st July).

I know of at least 2 operators who were scammed for money. There maybe more.

If any operators has additional information about this person (additional contact details, etc) please PM me.

Elaine - can you please also paste the header information from the email you received from Adrian?
