Hi i am pretty new to SEO can someone give me a wesite that teaches beginners everything about search engine optimization? For example submitting to directories, Building incoming and out going link and improving PR rankings! I need a beginners guide!

You can delete the alt="xxx" tag if you want or replace the text relating to the alt tag with any other text you want.
This is often used to assist SEO efforts but can be overdone.
Just a little advice from a noob. :)
When you are just starting out, trust no one.
I.E. Go on your favorite search engine and look up SEO. Spend a few weeks sifting through the results. Read. Learn. Take what makes sense in. Reject the crap.
Then, and only then ask questions. Otherwise, and I think you'll agree, those initial questions are empty. Why? Simply because the knowledge to understand the meaning of those questions is not at hand until you educate yourself, by yourself.
