Short and sweet but to the point. I'm at a lost about what to do with link building almost scared to touch it.

Pretty interesting stuff, but I not going to lie, not much there for most experts.
As far as thematic consistency, to much as been done to show that there is a correlation between having over 2,000 words of evergreen content ranks for a longer time than "shallow sites" no matter how great they function to say that length does not play a role.
In my experiance, and this is just me, short and sweet does fine for awhile, but I prefer going the distance.
Leaving it the way it is. I feel there is a huge difference in the eyes of the search engines as to when a page significantly changes and when the info is "set in stone". Be very careful when changing large amounts of on page content or there can be rank fluctuations, either possible or negative. One must believe that Google has an ability to self determine the quality of a page with out regarded to outside influences.
So evergreen should only change very slightly over a long period of time, be visited frequently from other sources aside from search traffic like forums and social media, and provide timeless content.
Thank you for the seo tips. I'm not sure if I totally agree with both of them.
