Russia seo. Anyone have knowledge about seo on Yandex?
SEJ had a good post on it early last year - https://www.searchenginejournal.com/...-guide/252885/ its not an engine I target to be honest and I actually block Russian traffic to my websites.
Have a read through this article. It gives a detailed and good explanation for you:

That is exactly what I need. Trying to hit russian market aswel. Thank you so much!
But don't forget about Russian RKN -who will block gamblig and gambling affiliate sites. Yandex and Google Russia must exclude this sites from search engine results within 24 hrs after RKN order.Quote:

doman1.com > RKN Block > Exclude from search results > 301 redirect > domain2.com e.t.c. Now only this work on Russian market.
p.s. i check site on your profile. Casinos that you promote don't survive on Russian market.
1. Casino on Russian market must have mirrors. Hundreds and thousands mirrors + special redirect links that found non-blocked mirror. Most casinos targeting on western market don't have it.
2. Casino must have special payment methods for Russia + casino don't use MCC 7995.
that happened to me in the arabic market aswell. Sucks
Yes, the same. + from 01 November 2019 Russia setup new rules for safety internet. To be short - censership will be more stricly.Quote:

Now SEO gambling sites in the Russian is not profitable, do not waste time and money.
You can ask me about Yandex - try to answer your questions. Either way, you can visit searchengines.ru or any other similar russian SEO communities, there are some useful information you can find at. Just don't forget to install google translate app:)

Unfortunately only in Russian, but you can easily translate this article. Cause in EN-speaking tips on Yandex SEO some information no longer relevant or even never been such. Hope, you’ll get useful information from the article.
Tried it once but it was too much a hassle. And that was before they made the internet rules even stricter. Good luck pal!
There is a special state service in Russia, which is called Roskomnadzor (RKN). It quickly blocks affiliate gambling sites.
Therefore, I think it's not worth investing your money in sites-promotion for this country.
