Why would you want CPA, even high custom deals?

If you underdeliver, the casino will cut you off, if you overdeliver, you miss out on commissions.

Honest question: What's to gain from CPA?

I also have a hard time hearing back from them by mail.

Here are some tips to improve SEO and hopefully traffic:
- Put in a meta description in your header, max 150 characters
- Put in meta kewords too, max 10
- Avoid HTML Font tags and use CSS instead...
