Well Linden Labs have certainly given the casinos their marching orders.

I've just checked out a couple of the bigger casinos and all the gaming products are gone, the places are empty.

    As a side note...

One of the shady owners refused to pay-out a jackpot winner. This made some headlines & of course caught the attention of Linden Labs.

As you can see the slot machine has been modelled on a Microgaming slot.

In fact 95% of all slots that were in Second Life were modelled on MG slot machines.

Of these, 65% were identical clones to some of the 3 line & 5 line MG slots. The latest 5 line slot Legacy had fallen prey to being cloned.

    Cheers

I remeber months back the feds had looked into second life and the gambling. A friend of mine was a dealer for one of the rooms and said it was absoloutly horrible...at that time they had no way of preventing collusion either on the players part or the owner.
