Selling sports new site (massive potential)

I plan on selling a sports news website that covers match previews / betting previews. No accounts will be included, I am simply selling the domain & all site files. The *massive potential* comes with being included in Google news - you are able to to rank #1 in Google for any keyword for a period of time *note this site must be used for news purposes so articles such as West ham vs sunderland match preview or West ham vs sunderland betting preview etc. is fine as long as the content is unique and reasonable - you can also use the site to build a social following / write breaking team news stories and build a list to promote to later.

Traffic stats - traffic depends on the number of articles being published, for 3-5 preview type articles I got 1200 page views and 800 uniques in 24 hours - I can provide further info privately.

Reason for sale - Need funds for something important - as much as I want to keep the site, I can't.

I am open to offers and I would like this site to belong to someone who can create something big with it.
