I like lists, it makes things look easier to read:
1) There's nothing new in that list
2)
1) I agree with Joe.
2) Most of these SEO lists give the same information.
3) Why do they keep using Google PR? It is a bit outdated.
My list is 1) learn more 2) learn some more 3) try and sound like you are a guru. Slowly learning though![]()

The toolbar PR has not meant much of anything for YEARS....
...except....what it means to Google for stuff to be discussed and talked about on various forums and posts.

Basic list for beginners but experiment and experience will be the best way or most probably the advanced way to improve your site's SEO.
People should stop digging on PR and focus more on how to get on SERP and increase online presence.
After all, PR is just a bonus.
