I figure you will be hearing from Google eventually.

You have copied their design for your logo.

This is a very risky thing you have done, and I recommend you think very seriously about this.

In fact, I have browsed your site a bit and the entire site design so closely resembles Google's own design that I think you are asking for trouble.

I agree. How can you justify that as fair use? The use of the name along with similar design could get ugly.

I'm afraid I'll have to agree with the other user posts. Though I do like the Googleness feel to the site, you really need to be careful. It will just be a matter of "when" rather than "if" lawyers from Google come knocking. Though chances are they'll just request you take the site down (and you will have to comply else face a one-sided lawsuit).

I think you're better off taking your ideas and spawning them off into a new site framework and design rather than use a direct port of Google. It's just going to be a waste of your time and lead to much frustration and potential trouble.

I feel this is BS, too many people cloning too many sites. Personally google should kick you ass. Sorry if I sound but it's soooooooooo obvious that it's a premeditated clone hack. If your happy to steal the identity of google then I doubt you'd have any issues with doing the same to any of the webmasters sites here also.

    shame, shame, shame on you!
