    Default Silver Oaks Player Payout Complaint

    Hi Andrew,
    I just sent you an email to affiliates@acerevenue.com about a player payout complaint. Would you please look into this for me and let me know what you can do to help get this resolved? It sounds like a fairly easy one. She's already had one payout and has been waiting 3 weeks for the other two with nothing but stalling from the casino.

    Now a second complaint from another player at Silver Oak Casino just came in this morning. I'm sending you the second complaint via email to affiliates@acerevenue.com. I still need to hear back from you on the first complaint and get that resolved.

    Side Note: I don't like to post these complaints on the GPWA forums for all the affiliates to see. I would rather deal with this behind the scenes with just affiliate managers and myself so other affiliates don't pre-judge the programs and their clients. Sometimes that doesn't always work. The times when managers ignore the situation or try to blow it off as nothing is when I will go ahead and post the complaints. I've worked with you guys in the past resolving complaints so I'm sure that won't be the situation here .

    Thank you Anthony. Now I wish I could figure out why I don't get GPWA forum post reply notifications. I get the newsletter but when someone replies to a post I've made I never get the "instantly, using email" subscription feature even though I've selected it.

    Emma from Ace Revenue has been in touch with me about these complaints and we're working on a resolution for both.
