Hi Everyone,
Thank you for the information as from our end the software appears to be working ok. I have escalated this to Income Access to fix as soon as possible. Please be assured that data is being imported still and that all tracking is working properly. I will ask for the data to be double checked just to be certain. Thanks again, Andrew

Hi Everyone,
I have been told that affiliates are able to log in without a problem now and we have tested it and it does appear to work. I have asked for the issue to be investigated so it does not happen again. To all our affiliates please not that the data for 31st July has not yet been uploaded and that this should take place late tonight.
