I don't get why he would be so stupid.
I do like what the bookie said, he only tagged none affiliate accounts yet people where complaining on forums. He deserves time in prison but to be on par with paedophiles is a bit harsh.
I think it's still a question if he really tagged just none-affiliate accounts. Probably Betsson just bothers about their own damage and not about damage of their business partners.
6 years is heavy, but if Malta wants to be a hub in this industry, they can't let fraudsters get away easily with it. Also it seem to be a combination of things. Not just taking money from accounts, but also computer-delicts and money laundering.
It is the money laundering and fraud that got him the jail time. Unfortunately retagging is more wide spread than most people know. Many casinos do it but never get caught. When they do get caught, they usually try to just say it was a mistake.
