Oh, I know it very well. They blocked my account because I logged in to my account from different country (IP). Every time they ask me to send them a copy of my ID and utility bill. Terrible support, they usually reply in 2-3 days. I'm a freqnent traveller and simply don't have time to play with them all over again and again.

I did the mistake to log from IP from the airport, since I was sleepy.

Anyways they demanded from me explanation why I log from many countries, also in detail how I am using Skrill and also they wanted photos of my credit cards (I do not know even if this is legit request, I guess soon someone will hack my cards). They even wanted a photo of expired cards. Fortunately I had all photos on file. One was missing, but the person that takes care of my cats was able to locate it at my house and send me a photo (so if Skrill employee does not hack me then my employee will do that).

Anyways I responded them literally: "I am using the account just for collecting money from bookies and casinos, but I am using it less and less and if you do not unblock it right away, I am stopping completely."

I was very surprised that this actually worked. Maybe it will be helpful for someone. But I am recently Silver VIP, so I am bringing them some money I guess.

Your home desktop + ...logmein or TeamViewer ...open it on your phone and control your system...the IP would be the same.

This has just made me empty out a five figure sum from my Skrill, lol. Can't be arsed with companies like this.

They're not even a proper bank, they go bust, you get nothing, no bank deposit scheme or anything with them.

They can't go bust as they are just stripping money from people and merchants, not giving away anything. Same to say as Visa or Mastercard can go bankrupt.

I thought the same about casinos... they just strip money from players.

I was saying the same about Skrill. But they are so poorly managed that they maybe really can bust. But I am not afraid of that. I am afraid that one day their algo will one day flag me again and I will not be able to explain them what is the affiliate marketing. Or that 1xbet - that is now really the only one paying me there - will be chased by police and they will go after money flows.

I actually did not have time to cash out from Skrill for 2 years, so the sum became a bit significant, because everyone was paying me there except the biggest affiliates originally. I used to use even their MC card everywhere, before they raised fees and exchange rates and before they randomly started to lock the accounts, so one mistakenly thought that the card will not be locked at a bus station of some foreign country.

I cashed out over 50% of balance in less than 2 months now, so hopefully the nightmare will disappear. They are so bad. But 1xbet can pay me just there. That is my karma I guess.

Agree but in this case only if it is INTENDED and I see no point for that. Skrill are just taking money, win-win business and since the takeover of Paysafe last year backed by CVC / Blackstone managing half a trillion dollars nothing can hit them.

How about Neteller? Did you encountered same difficulties with them?

I saw limited cashout options at Neteller than Skrill. For example no cc payouts to visa. Last time someone hacked my Neteller card (I think not their fault [unless lack of 3dsecure is their fault], someone hacked the database of one hotel in Tokyo), I am waiting for chargeback.

I do not see one thing that Neteller does and Skrill does not.

Effers locked my account when a transfer of few thousands came in. The only reason I don't promote 1xbet, is because they lack wire. Else, that book is a magnet for conversions.

1xbet maybe sometimes somehow have SEPA wire, but was too much a hassle. You can test it even if not in the EU, just switch off the radio button at payout menu which says something like "payment methods for your country".

Skrill blocked my accounts again now. This is truly a joke.

The last time I tried SEPA withdrawal the max. amount was 200 EUR or something like this, Visa withdrawals failed as "refused by the operator". So Neteller and Skrill are my only options.

I called them today, even when they have office hours I guess, the automat hanged on me.
Fortunately I was able to sneak in because I am now silver VIP. I was immediately answered by some sleepy person and I was told 3 days ago they sent me a request to send them all credit card statements. However I did not get anything even in spam folder.

Ok, they resent me the email, I sent them all credit card statements.

This Skrill bullshit is taking maybe 15% of my mental force for many weeks. My friend now got anal probe too, but they came 3 months late, he emptied the account. If you really do not need Skrill, do not use it.

I have switched almost everything to BTC. At first it was a pain but now I have checking accounts & cards linked to my BTC accounts so it is easy to move money around. Another thing I like is there are several BTC ATM in my area. For me it is either a wire or BTC.

The problem is that programs that offer BTC usually do not offer Skrill and vice versa.

I was using mine for 1 program as well and got blocked within 3 months. Sent them everything pretty much but nothing works. I can't understand how such worthless company can become so big.
Btw, read also that they are locking the accounts without much consideration if your balance is 0 at that point or not. I assume you don't keep money there but fyi just in case.

It sounds like Skrill are behaving like a rogue bookie almost.
They're happy to work with all the bookies, they even have their own affiliate accounts as they're trying to push bookie offers at us when we login. And yet for some reason they're doing all these account blocks, as if all of a sudden they are crimestoppers. Lol.

I agree this behavior is not normal. The most weird is the email they say was sent, but it was never delivered. I have my own mail server. Nothing came from them.

And of course they block the account 2 days after I do not comply with email that was probably never sent. But they do not reply to me within 2 days now. Accounts still blocked.

Their target are users and affiliates. Tend to stay away from blocking their merchants, but a thinking human would be hard pressed to believe they're not sharing their loot with them.

The amounts are negligible enough not to warrant a lawsuit, and they know that; which is why this intricate scamming system works.

But someday, they're going to **** the wrong person, and it will end up them declaring bankruptcy. Cornering rats is not a good tactic.
