Very interesting threads regarding Skrill. Tried opening a business account and was refused with no explanation. Tried to reach out to them but no response.

I am starting to think they have, on the top of everything, some problem with sending emails or email propagation.

I am using Skrill for a year now and haven't had any problems. However, reading these thread and others really started to worry me since I keep most of my affiliate income in my wallet.

I am not yet registered for tax since I am a new affiliate. Is there any risk of withdrawing cash at ATM's (let's say a 2-3K/€ a month) to get noticed by tax authorities?

Skrill just lost 15 payments/withdrawals to my credit cards.
They are nowhere. They are marked as processed, but they never came. I am getting newer payouts now, but not the old ones from previous week. Nobody gives a ****...

I've been with Skrill/MB since they pretty much set up shop - been a loyal user since then, despite their shoddy customer service. Last month, they suspended my account (without telling me) to do a 'scheduled audit' - which led to bounced incoming payments and affiliate programs having to reissue them, which they kindly agreed to do.

Screw you, Skrill. Hope to bump into you at AAC. Expect a vocal opinion.

I have moved away from Skrill, completely. They gauge you and support is useless

That is my plan too. By the end of this month, Skrill will receive none of my payments and I will close the account. I have no time for tosspots.

about 2 years ago they changed my account to a business account, which involved ridiculous costs (for receiving money, withdrawing money, currency exchange rates). from that moment i started changing payment methods to other options at the affiliate programs. just kept them open for some smaller amounts. last month the asked me for some KYC material, which i provided 2 years ago already anyway, and also stating that this was just the first part of some more checking that needed to be done.
this was the moment that i decided to let them close my account. feels good, very good.

only thing is, i have changed a lot to neteller, and i'm wondering how long it will take before they start doing the same round over there as it's from the same owners. gotta love bitcoin these days...

It seems they started to send the old missing payments now. By the end of this month I should be finally done with them except payouts from 1xbet, which I will immediately transfer to revolut via debit card.

I decided not to bother waiting 'til the end of the month. I've cancelled my Skrill card and instructed them to close my account. They prolly won't reply anyway or will knob things up royally but I no longer have to care about anything they do, or reply to any of their e-mails. Goodbye, Skrill.

I am not sure what exactly is your problem, but try withdraw not to wire but to the VISA card. Yes, it is Skrill, so there are problems, but I am doing it this way.

Skrill in Colombia is being "funny" for several months now.

In December, they didn't process a $2,000 withdrawal to a bank account; after two weeks, they wrote me saying: "We have problems with the Colombian local supplier, please order withdrawals $500 or less". So, for $2,000, four withdrawals (with X4 fees of course) was required. But what you gonna do right?

I reach the Colombian local supplier, who says: "Skrill is not sending me required documentation, so it's their problem".

In January, they processed 3X$500 withdrawals and the fourth one, again delayed. After a week, they said, "We are not processing withdrawals to Colombian banks, please fund an account in another country".

So I had to look for other ways. Last week they wrote, "We are processing withdrawals to Colombian bank accounts normally, we are sorry but we don't know about what issues are you talking about".

So now I'm waiting again for another withdrawal, any bets?

They sent me most of payments, but 3 are missing, each about 2K Eur. 2 weeks now, somewhere in limbo (payouts marked as processed).

Same thing happened to me. What I did was requesting via email (phone or another way just don't work) canceling the withdrawal. They accepted the request and in 2-3 days the money went back to the Skrill acc.

I'm seeing a 75% reduction in my affiliate income on both Skrill and Neteller in 2019. I can't make any conclusions but this is a surprise since my income is usually steady (as it should be since it depends on transaction fees). Last January and February I was making money. This Jan and Feb I'm getting 25% of that.

No issues with payments, ever, as I'm getting paid into the Skrill and Neteller accounts.

Skrill blocked my account again without warning and sent me nearly identical questions as 2 months ago.
+ they asked me if I know people to whom I am sending money and who send me money (plot twist: there are none)
