My account is still blocked. I am not getting now even responses via email and not even as VIP customer. I called them, they told me to wait.
99% of money at the account are from affiliate payments during last years from Bwin, Unibet, 1xbet and such. It can not be more transparent and it also went through many checks.

Yes, this was about large money, 95%+ balance was already withdrawn during last months. But it can happen to anyone.

I don't remember if I asked this before but is your account personal or merchant type?

I don't think any language has a word that sufficiently describes the crapness of everything about Skrill. They never did respond to my e-mail a few weeks back, telling them to close my VIP account that I've had forever. I have no idea if they even closed the account because I'll never attempt to log in again or contact Skrill. New employees must have to go through some sort of induction course on how to lose any ability to do or think about anything logically.

I genuinely feel better having dumped them. It's a feeling of freedom that you know you're not about to be hit on the head by bird **** because there is no longer a bird. I shot it.

That makes a difference I guess. I was forced to "merchant" 10 years ago and never had any issues. But considering they've stripped thousands from me as fees a proper treatment is the least I expect.

What are the fees for merchant account? Namely payouts.
I guess they want the money from me as a gambler, it is probably not possible to gamble from merchant account, but hard to say at Skrill right

I used Skrill for many years, now practically at all.

I recommend EcoPayz for payment from affiliate programs

The shave happens on receiving a payment, 3.5% from the amount. Some extra fees come if using the merchant gateway.

The cost of sending money / withdrawals are normal, as with a personal account.

My account was blocked too. Completed the verification, but it's still blocked.

    My first ticket got closed.
Second ticket got a reply that they sent me an email, and then the ticket was closed.
Third ticket, where I'm telling them I don't have access to that email, and to stop closing the damn tickets until the problem is actually resolved, is open for two days now.

Once I get my money I vow that I'll never use Skrill again for anything else other than receiving affiliate payments. This is the worst online wallet you can get.

I might even consider sending my highly targeted traffic to some other wallet/card/crypto/whatever. It's not the best affiliate program, my earnings took a plunge this year (only 25% of last year's monthly average) for no apparent reason.

They keep shooting themselves in the foot and shooting me in the foot. Very annoying.

The account was (again) unblocked yesterday without explanation. After 1 month waiting. They must be understaffed too.

Most of my payments are now wires, and are paid in $AU.

Had some dollars sitting in Neteller last week (PITA to get wire from them), so I transfer from Neteller ($US) to Upaycard (EU), then from there to my BTC wallet. Started with US$378 (AU$543), by the time it hit my BTC wallet, it had been stomped on so much, I was left with AU$441 - daylight robbery

Before NT withdrew their MC from everywhere other than SEPA countries, I held Gold VIP. Wasn't too bad then. But even then my VIP manager (who btw every 6 months or so I'd have a new person) was very flaky with help. Things seemed to go 'Pear Shaped' for them around 2014. Previously I had the best VIP accounts manager for years - nothing was too much trouble, and she was fantastic!

Quite often in the recent days, when I go to the Skrill's login page I get "Internal server error". Does that happen to you too?

Closed my ticket again, said they emailed me on 18 March and that the instructions are there. I don't have an email from them.

Opened another ticket and threatened to contact the authorities if they keep denying me access to my money.

They're so dumb that they're closing unresolved tickets, which results in them being opened again by the customer. No wonder the tickets are piling up.

Yes. Happens every time when I access it for the first time in a while. Always works properly when I reload that page.

Why do not you still use the card for payouts? Alternatively if Skrill works you can do neteller->skrill transfer for 1.5% or so, VIPs have it free from Silver.
