The survey will be available for completion until the 30th June. Skrill is committed to delivering products and services that meet the needs of its customers, so your comments are important to us.

    Hello Moonlight Cat,

Ipsos MORI is part of the Ipsos Group, a leading UK research company.

A press release so see the connection between both companies:

[...] The Global Payment Suite includes robust security features, supported by Skrill’s team of anti-fraud and security experts to constantly monitor transactions and take action on behalf of customers. Additionally, to securely process, transmit and store card data, Skrill is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and handles sensitive customer card details on its merchants’ behalf.

Dr Tim Denison, head of retail intelligence at Ipsos Retail Performance, comments, “Just like shopping malls provided consumers all of their shopping needs in one place, the Internet puts it at their fingertips. Those wanting to shop and pay online are no longer limited by geographical boundaries and merchants need to respond to this in order to leverage the resulting growth potential. They must, however, be aware that consumers will not put up with a poor transactional experience and will click away if the going gets tough or confusing, so simplicity is key.”

    SkrillTeam@redconsultancy.com / 0207 025 6500
Read the full press release: https://www.skrill.com/es-us/sobre-n...payment-suite/

But still be careful. If I can find the press release and the connection between Skrill and Ipsos, then criminals with fake emails can find it too.

    Leopold

While this is a bit different than the original post, I think there's another round of phishing emails going around trying to get skrill login info.

I received three emails (to the same email address). Each was "my last warning" that our account was going to be closed by the end of the month if we do not review and accept the new terms and conditions.

The same wording as with Neteller phishing emails.

Because some of them sell the information, because some of them TRADE the information (I have been told this by some managers) and sometimes someone working for the company in some capacity (such as custy service, affy department etc) will steal the database and sell it.
