    Angry Sky Vegas blackjack

Hi, I am looking for some advice with recent problems I have been having with sky vegas playing blackjack.
I am new to betting and few months ago I opened a sky vegas account, I have played blackjack a few times and sometimes when a game has finished, it deals the cards over the last ones. I have lost money a few times with this problem and have spoke with sky. When I spoke with them about it, the way they spoke to me as if they never have never had this problem before or it's very rare. So as good will gave me my money back (have on e mail). Recently I lost a lot of money with this problem raised a compliant again and have heard nothing.

    So my questions are
1 - does this problem happen a lot?
2- should they give me my money back or was the last time good will?

    Thanks Alan

It sounds like a graphics issue, possibly with your browser. Sky games don't seem to like Internet Explorer to much, which is an issue for me as it's the forth most used browser to my site.
The cards would be dealt at random, but as the image is overlaying on the previous hand, I guess you might not know the true value of your cards?

As for refunding the money, I would say the first time was good will. It is highly likely they have a term regarding malfunctions, as all electronic games seem to do in any establishment/location.

I promote Sky more than any others, and can assure you that they are not intentionally an unethical company. Their delayed response may be due to them investigating the game.

You should try playing the game in demo mode in another browser and see if the error still occurs.

    Maybe you should write to

    Dean Leyland

He is affiliate manager, but can give you for sure additional contacts or information.

I would say the first time was good will.
This is very rare. Many online casinos fighting tooth and nail to pay out one cent in situations like that.

    Hi

thanks for both reply's and information. I'm just amazed that they don't take responsibility for gaming issues which the customer has no control over. I'm pretty sure if I e-mailed them saying I made a mistake and pushed the hit button by accident which caused me to bust, they wouldn't be giving me my money back!

    Hi
Also does anyone know how long sky keep the gaming history for? I'm worried that if they keep putting me off when I call the evidence will be gone and all I have is screen shots.

    Thanks
