So when I said the matter is still unresolved, and you replied with "None of that is in the slightest bit true." - you were wrong and I'm correct that it's still an ongoing issue. Unless you can confirm it HAS been resolved. Dean, if you're going to criticise my understanding of the situation then you have to come back with better, more clear facts because you're just confusing the matter more. If you are not allowed to comment with specifics then you should leave it at that.

Technically, the "none of it is true" point was aimed at your assumption around our position with CM and them refusing to approve us. It is something you have mentioned in the past but I am not entirely sure where you got it from.

I think Steven Corfman mentioned on page 2 of this thread that having spoken to Sky, he had learned that we were not in a position to openly discuss the matter...

"I know there are people there who would like to share more publicly, but the management has asked them to withhold comment due to the pending legal action."

This still remains, players are legally allowed to contest decisions for a number of years and so technically, I guess you can't consider the matter closed until then regardless of the fact that things may appear to have been laid to rest.

So when you posted, ""None of that is in the slightest bit true.", what you actually meant is "some of that is not true", although I still haven't read anything that confirms that any of it wasn't/isn't true. If you're going to attack my posts, I'm sure going to ask you to back it up, which you haven't.

I've had a look over the CM site but can't see Sky approved anywhere, so I'm assuming the recent developments I read at CM re. Sky still not agreeing to pay all players (that's where I 'got it from') is still the current situation. I'm having a hard time searching CM's site for 'Sky' info as it's too short a search term (!) but I'll keep hunting for the most recent thread so I know I'm as up to date as I can be.

I didn't create this situation. Sky did, and made a mess of fixing it and I know you'd love the story to disappear but if Sky had really wanted to avoid bad publicity then they should've treated players better. And that's why I won't approve Sky for my sites.

Hmm, I fear that this is only descending further into chaos.

I have told you the facts of the situation, you can either accept them and stand by your decision to not promote us or you can continue to engage in conversations which call in to question the integrity of a long standing, well respected affiliate in CM simply because they have decided to open up a baptism of fire thread to gauge the public's opinion which is based on factual experiences.

Finally, if I am to back up my responses to you, perhaps a little backing up of yours and the many other accusations might be in order.

Only posted to add that I see SkyVegas in 'Baptism by Fire' at CM, it's only fair I include that.

Dean, your attitude sucks - typical of Sky's entire approach to CS. I repeat - this situation was made by YOUR side, not mine. I doubt I'll engage further with you.

ETA, re. "question the integrity of a long standing, well respected affiliate in CM" - I have literally no idea who you are referring to - don't put words in my mouth, I'll call you on that too.

not that i really care but what it seems to me is what Dean is saying is the players and sky have come to an understanding between them, no one admitting liability or whatever, both have agreed to keep it between themselves which is supposed to be the end but sky don't want to say anything if the players want to change their minds and contest at a later date.

i could well be wrong though, just how i read it and as it's none of my business i'll do one

I have tried many casinos but one of the best Casinos I have used and continue to do so is WilliamHill. I am a honest member of the public and when I lose, I lose but when I win it's great to know I can withdraw with no hassle. I tried various Roulette wheels and was not to my liking so moved on. The best way is to practice play with their fun balance as its the same table, that way you find the one that suits you best. Hope this helps someone out there. Have fun.
