Default Slotastic about to go sour?

I've been around long enough to know when something is about to go sour. I think the slotastic affiliate progrm is about to do just that. No reply to emails, cant log in, erros on the page etc. I would suggest if you are promoting them to have a look at everything as see what you think. JMO

I know that Dan Laming left slotastic about 10 days ago. Have you tried emailing Jacob there?

    Hi Jacob

Can you please explain the process of how to get a password reminder or the way to reset your password? I recieved one email from you but you failed to reply to the second one.

During the process of getting a new password at slotastic affiliates it asks for your secret question and secret answer. Most programs provide the secret question selected at sign up as a reminder. Slotastic leaves both spaces blank. This combined with the super slow responses from the affiliate team leads me to believe that improvements are required.

    Default Slotastic Affiliate Programme

    Hi Pumacat,

Thank you again for your feedback and thoughts.

In regards to resetting your password we've made this process as simple as possible.

Below is the step by step guide:

    1. Visit slotastic afffiliates
    2. Click the "Forgotten your password?" link below the log in details in the top right hand corner
    3. Enter your Username
    4. You'll be prompted with the Security Question you chose.
    5. Answer this and then click submit.
    6. Check your e-mail as we'll send you a a reset version to us.

I don't know why your don't see the security question - I've checked a number of times from various computers (in and outside our network) and all seem to display correctly - if you still have a problem please let me know and I'II give you the security question you chose.

As before with you comments about Slotastic, I can only re-iterate what I told you in the previous post.

We're going from strength to strength and will be in Barcelona exhibiting - please do come to the stand - C15.

We can then discuss your concerns face to face and put your mind at ease regarding your continued belief that we're in some way shape or form experiencing difficulties.

    Kind Regards

    Jacob

Hi Jacob, A face to face meeting is not possible or required. However here is what I see and maybe you can correct me on any errors.

The slotastic casino website still has spelling errors although you have been told about them.

The affiliate program takes days and days to reply to any affiliate emails but you are quick to spam my inbox with casino promotions.

In the first month of having the slotastic banner up I sent you close to 1200 in deposits and commission was not paid on it.

The choices of your program payment options are check and players account. This is way too few options.

Posts here at GPWA take weeks for you to respond to.

To me that doesn't seem like a program or casino that is taking things serious. I am willing to work with any program but if they don't work with me I can not continue to promote them. This includes slotastic.

    Default Slotastic Affiliates

    Hi PumaCat,

As before thanks for your views and feedback, I believe that the error you refer to is the spelling of practice vs. practise. As practise is the verb and practise is the action required it is our belief that this is the correct spelling in this instance.

To answer your other concerns - I've very happy to sit and discuss these in Barcelona, if this doesn't fit your schedule so I'm willing to cover off anything via e-mail / skype / phone etc... too fit with you.

If you've not received a response to your queries quickly enough I can only apologise for this - you have my e-mail address and details so please contact me directly.

I'd appreciate it if you can send me you affiliate ID and I'II look into the claim you make below regarding having money owed and never received as this is a very strong comment which we take extremely serious and I want to resolve asap.

Payment processing - paying you via a player account opens up a number of withdrawal options (to the point that I would say we have one of the most extensive selections in a very challenging market), we do this to give you greater flexibility.

I 'm very sorry that you feel Slotastic isn't taking you seriously. I'd hope that our continued dialog on here and my openness to helping you should leave a better taste in your mouth - please add me to skype - Jacob_Slotastic and we can discuss further any concerns or queries that you might have.

    Kind Regards

    Jacob

Hi Jacob. I was gonna let this thread die but I still have not been paid. A simple reply to the 5 emails now sent to you would be great. I get an error when I choose check and every time I set my payment to go in my slotastic account it vanishes the next time I log in.

Ps, I'm getting your weekly spam just fine !

Default Slotastic About to go Sour

    Hi PumaCat,

    Hope all is well.

I've been through all e-mail that I've been sent and I have nothing from you? Other than the ones I replied to previously. I've checked all spam filters and spoken to our IT team.

Can I ask you to send your response to a colleague - jessica.

Her e-mail is her name at slotasticmarketing dot com.

Please include your Slotastic Affiliate ID and we can then look into your account and find out why you've not received payment.

Have you sent up a player account for payment, you should have received multiple e-mails requesting this from our payments team? We can take this offline and get your payments sorted out.

As mentioned please send the e-mails to Jessica and copy me in and I can then look into what has happened to a. your e-mails and b. your payments.

    Kind Regards

    Jacob

what's wrong with these Slotastic guys ? We initially got our ID auto-generated through ReferBack...and then Referback dropped them and I was never even notified about it.

And now Slotastic doesn't even reply to emails.

I've seen SOO many complaints just now from Google'ing "Slotastic Affiliate Program" it's insane. How are these guys even still around ? Even still they don't reply to emails.

If it means anything, they have paid me before any other program for the last 3 months. I dont try to contact them because I know its a waste of time but they do track well and pay when they say they are going to.

So are you now retracting the prediction? LOL

I am actually glad you were mistaken about this one......and now that they have stood the test of more time maybe it's time to put them on my list of programs to at least look at next year.....

I do not like the fact of such poor communication since I would never know if they were even getting and then ignoring my bad jokes....lol....but then I can always send them to Anthony since he always tells me how bad they are....lol

Maybe with a bit more encouragement we can help them see why it's important to at least try and improve the communications....

I had to be wrong at least once in 2011 Rick. As Mr Rick Ross said, I'm only human.
