Default Slots Million - Perdantic BS

Was itching for a few slot spins last Sunday night, so signed up at SlotsMillion.com

Submitted my KYC ID stuff, which included photo ID which is a Government issued Driver's License, along with my CC front/back, and another Government issued account statement, to use for the utility purpose.

After three (3) days, all Docs were still in pending state. Contact made. Told DL is not acceptable, must send Passport. Furthermore, Government issued account statement is also not accepted. Just now sent internet bill.

Things is, having gambled online since 1997, every casino I've submitted proof of ID, and later KYC, including KYC for affiliate accounts, every single casino, and affiliate program has accepted my Government issued DL.

Seems they're making me jump unnecessary hoops.

Might be something to consider if you marketing SlotsMilloin or their sister site LadysLuck.com, because this is total BS. It specifically states on the KYC page (where you submit ID docs) that a Driver's License is accepted ID.

If I'd have know they were going to pull a Bait n Switch, I wouldn't have deposited.

    Frankly this is total BS.

In the ever increasingly competitive world of online gambling/casinos it's always a good idea to make things as easy as possible for a potential player....oh...hang on a minute....

Update... The VIP manager made contact with me today. He's now handling the Driver's License issue with their KYC Dept. Hopefully he can establish sensibility in this bizarre rejection. Sure hope so, because I have a sweet pending withdrawal in limbo, till this gets sorted.

Received a reply back from VIP last night, with regards to my Driver's License:
the company policy is being reviewed on such documents and that I will be advised in due course
. DL is still not verified.

However included in that email was yet another ID document request. This time for a Bank Statement.

That's fine, but it was the requested information which is not listed on said Bank Statement. EG - SWIFT/BIC, Bank Address, Transit Number (no AU bank uses this. Instead it's a BSB; it means the same thing).

Hang around this industry long enough, and you hear/read all sorts of outlandish stories from players, Some seem so ridiculous and absurd, they defy simple common sense. However, that's exactly what's happening to me personally, now. It's definitely an eye-opener.

Looks like I'll have to waste more of my time, and start making phone calls to industry friends, hoping, someone can put me in direct contact with a SlotsMillion manager higher up the food chain - reiterating this is total BS!

This explains why I never got anywhere no matter how hard I pushed this brand.

They had top billing on one of my sites for a good 9 months. While I got NDP's, no one ever stuck around that long. I just figured their player retention sucked. However, after all this "hoop jumping" the reason why is all too clear now

    Edit:

As much as I have a go at Video Slots, they certainly have their KYC down to a T. From memory, all mine (including DL) were submitted and approved within 90 min. And, in the time, I'd won $2K, which after meeting KYC, that cash was sent to Neteller (pre AU IGA) in about 30min. Frankly, in 2019 that should be the rule of thumb, and not the exception.

It is inevitable that KYC will rear its ugly head on a casino/bookie, I am firmly in the camp that it needs to be done at sign up stage and believe this will speed up the process just to get you playing quicker.

I have noticed that a lot of companies are asking for it to be done within 3 days of opening the account which is seriously affecting numbers at some brands. Anyone else noticing this as an affiliate?

Hope you haven't reversed your withdrawal and get it soon.

Update: as I said previously, reached out to a couple of industry friends.

Just now received an apologetic email from support, stating, they've accepted my Driver's License, and my account is now "fully verified".

Nope, once withdrawn, it stays that way. I'm guessing it should hit my bank Wed, latest, Friday next week

Agreed, it's one of many some casinos use. Though, AFAIK SlotsMillion, once you withdrawal, it can't be reversed.

It works very counter-productive, I think. Of course, not everybody is the same, but I would not play again at a place where I'm having a hard time withdrawing any money.

Received another email from my VIP host Fri/Sat.

Long story short, when my DL was rejected, and they requested a "passport", I replied stating I don't have one (I don't travel OS). Furthermore I said, most Aussies, unlike EU and UK where I'd guess it's more likely a person would have a "Passport, in AU not everyone has a passport.

The email thanked me for pointing the fact out, and as such SM have now changed their KYC policy to accepting DL's from AU.

Credit where credit is due, Slots Million took a positive and proactive stance, listened and then made appropriate changes.

I used to find Ladylucks converted great and good player retention. However I have not promoted them for a good while, since they stole all my players by moving to a different affiliate program. Not sure if things have changed since then.
