    Spam away Gary...

Link spamming does seem to be working and google does not seem to care anymore.

You have shown that spamming does work in google right now.

So, I guess I am off to start spaming the crap out of the search engines.

I have taken google's side for the last time... No more trying to be a good guy and follow the rules. All that gets you is laughed at by spammers and screwed over by the search engines.

So all of you that have heard me say DON'T do it... I am now saying... Do It, obviously google don't care.

And what is the big deal with filling the search results with crap? Some folks seem to like CRAP...

I do NOT agree that spamming is the way to go.

Ok, I won't Spam.... I'll call it something else... Like 'link acquisition' or 'Social Bookmarking'.

Whats the difference... 'link acquisition'/'Social Bookmarking' works.... just ask Gary he'll prove it to you...

And this proves to me your input is unfounded criticism rather than actually reading the thread, the methods and the results.

You continue to miss the point, the technique, and the entire point of this test and this thread.

I think you should stop trying to draw attention by taking the Maverick approach and get with the game lots0 - I think you realized that when you deleted your fb earlier in this thread.

Question everything if you can, and also contest it - with proof - but don't take random stabs and people when they try to contribute while you try to draw attention to yourself - its unneccesary, embarrassing and non-productive.

If anyone feels I am in the wrong please let me know - but I'm at my end with this.

I try to be fair and absorb these types of posts, but everyone has a line.

So Gary what is your problem?
    I changed my mind.
    I am agreeing with you.

As I stated... your methods work. No doubt about it.

Google has decided not to do anything about this stuff, so it would be real stupid for me to continue to stand against it.

I just decided not to fight a losing battle anymore.

From now on, like many here, I will do whatever it takes to continue to rank on top.

I am tired of siding with the search engines and getting screwed.

I want a level playing field... and that means... doing whatever it takes.

    Default Thanks GaryTheScubaGuy

Since the beginning of this thread I started a bookmarking campaign. I use it on new pages and promotional news, and found that it does seem to increase the amount of eye balls going over my pages. Not a staggering amount, but enough to let me know that in this marathon of SEO every little bit counts.

I am using Onlywire and found it well worth the $25 investment.

    Thanks Gary..

By the way I'm reading your forum now and finding great ideas.
    Cheers!

I am also using Onlywire, but without paying anything. Does it make any difference, as far as SERP is concerned, whether I use the free or the paid servivce?

I think a paid subscition has a bit more tolerance for the obvious promotional posts - but I can't be sure. I have several of each and haven't seen any issues.
