Some questions about online lotteries

I was thinking about starting a lottery-site and had some questions.

Will lotteries be also banned by this anti-gambling law that US wants to pass? (Sorry, haven't read the things very carefully during last time)

Are there any resources to the lotery webmasters available? Other gambling webmaster resources seem to give very little information about lotteries.

What are the ways to make money with a lottery site? I have seen that most of them advertise casinos. Is it possible to earn income by selling online lottery tickets, being an affiliate? Is it common practice to find some lottery players and turn them to casino players?

I have seen VERY few lottery sites. What is the reason for this? Don't they bring much income?

Im not really sure about the anti-gambling law and whether it applies to lotteries, sorry I did run lotto on one of my sites for a while and it wasnt terribly popular - same thing with bingo. I find players dont convert terribly well to casinos and vice versa although a little crossover does occur. Im sure there are people much more well qualified to answer your questions than me though lol :LOL:
