Default Somebody copied my entire site!

I have found a site that copied one of my websites entirely! Even the GPWA seal and the StatCounter code!

I'm afraid he may be spamming using this fraudulent site: pokerbankrollz.com

    (my website: pokeronlinerealmoney.com)

The only thing he added to this site is a CelebPoker free money banner. I wrote to the domain registrar and CelebPokerMoney.com, but got no answer yet.

If someone knows what should I do to shut down this thief's site, please advice. Obviously, I couldn't find any contact details of the owner.... All I know is that he's from Vietnam (I know from the StatCounter, since my code is on his website....).

Do some searching here, there is actually a pretty lengthy explanation of what steps to take that I believe CasinoCashJourney posted.....

It appears all links go direct to properties without affiliate tags so this slows the process of determining who it is.

If affiliate tags start appearing be sure to track them....

The site is hosted on the following ip
    207.155.248.161

    The ip is controlled by
    Concentric.

I have done a whois on them and I will send a pm with their info in it so you can contact them to file an abuse report.

    Hi

    Thanks for your help.

I have already read the forum thread about copying websites, and done some whois research myself, but your whois info (the one you sent me) is more accurate. I knew the domain was registered by Concentric but i wasn't able to find a good email address to contact them (they are a reseller of Melbourne IT and I knew they registered the domain after asking Melbourne IT - they were indicted in my whois search).

Thanks a lot for the detailed info you sent me by PM. i will contact Concentric to the abuse email asap, hopefully they will answer and take action.

The whois I sent you is NOT repeat NOT necessarily the domain owner but the company in charge of the ip address.

They can most assuredly get you in touch with the domain owner, or if you need to file a claim against the copyrighted material, I would guess that would make the domain owner in violation of their hosting agreement.

To get that I first did a ping of the domain and then did a whois lookup on the ip....
