He could be using the content just as filling for a linkfarm. I see often this pattern. I do not belive that copying whole site can harm the original site. The authority is not there even if some good aged domain is used. I even think this copy can help original site a bit. I think I have read something like that the juice from copycat website goes to original (but not sure about that).

IMO (shared by many) having your site copied DOES hurt the original.

I really think it is counted as softlinks. Google would be stupid not to do that and they must somehow solve the abundant news aggregators.

I got something similar where a lot of my posts have been copied, images as well. Even the links internal and external are there.
I have tried contacting three times by email on their site but no answer.
So I know to look up on Who Is but get confused on who the hosting company is as there appears to be a couple of them on there. Can anyone help?
