Default Spain: Offshore operators vs Licensed.

    Hello, i have two questions.

    1. Whats operators have better conversion from your point of view? Offshore or licensed. From my own expirience, offshore brands have better conversion and retention. May be the reason that they have more simple registration form?

    2. As i know, under Spanish law, advertising brands without Spanish license is strictly forbidden. But as i see at Google serps, many sites advertising casinos and sportsbooks for Spanish players that don't have Spanish license.

Anybody know, is Spanish authorites do some legal actions against these sites? May be ISPs block these sites as they do it in Italy?

    Thank you.

All sites who promote casinos without a spanish licence is a fake, players doesnīt have a chance to register.

if a player from spain register in a spanish online casino, have to send NIR and all docs, is more strange like other countries.

most OCīs block ipīs from spain

CasinoEstrella, DoublinBet, Lucky31, CasinoExtra e.t.c. - these sites have Curacao license and still accept Spanish players.

The spanish bureaucracy is quite lazy, so if they even have a law that obligates to block the IPs, it can take a lot of time to be executed. If you have found good offshore programs that convert well but don't have spanish license, you can promote them(maybe CPA), but be sure that someday the government will start blocking the IPs of unlicensed operators.

Do authorities do any legal actions against these sites or do they only block the ISP?

I find the sites are blocked quite often (I live in Spain) usually with links to licensed sites.. the problem is that there is not many options, and whats offered isn't that good. there are also few sites that accept spanish players. sometimes though when regualr sites are blocked using fibre or adsl they still work on a 4g connection

1xbet sadly does not accept people from Spain, they said me that, can you prove contrary? It would have been great.
We are all bloodsucking ticks, hungry, devious
each one latched on to the ass of the previous
when the last and the first latch on it can be shown
ass-blood sucked by the first from the last is his own

They do. What is written in their terms (I guess that was the reply based on) and what they do in reality are different things
