Spamming for an affiliate program is no better than spamming for a casino. If I do not explicitly ask you for mail, you have no right to send me commercial email. The definition of spam is unsolicited commercial email. This is commercial and it is definitely unsolicited. I mean, get real. These people did not even have the common courtesy to sign it.
