Default Spam phishing mails - Any ideas ?

Alright i seem to be getting a sick amount of these scumbag "you won a million" mails, just the last 12 hours i got 6 of them !

They seem to leave a reply mail address since they need "the donks" to reply, so now my question is:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to give them a hard time, could i get their mail spammed to hell, report them on spam data centers etc etc.

Example of mail: (i am sure you have all seen it)

PS. I know this has nothing to do with gambling, but would still like a few suggestions

What I used to do was take their email address, (the one you are supposed to respond to not the fake mailer or the innocent person who might have been Joe-jobbed) and post it on a hidden page on one of my sites.

This was a page of nothing but spammers email addresses.

The page was NOT in navigation anywhere, but it was linked so that spambots could find it.

What this does is that over time their own email addresses end up on all the spam lists and the spammers all end up sending spam to themselves.

I rarely take the time to do stuff like this anymore since it is all too time consuming.

I'd say its pretty damn sad, but clearly GPWA doesn't care about promoting unethical affiliate programs so why should I presume they would care about SPAM on their own forums? Considering that I have to say its pretty damned funny. I would have to run the numbers, but from what I have seen the last few months these spammers make up the bulk of "active" members here at GPWA!

Thanks Rick ! That is something i might do, as itīs not that time consuming compared to other actions, i know they canīt be stopped, but would be nice to spend some of their time without spending much time myself

    Excellent link Gemma!

I also have this problem on quite a large scale.

Recently I have been taking text strings of the emails received, then blocking any incoming emails containing that string in the body through the server.

The only downside being that if someone really does want to give me $10,500,000 then I'll never know

Yeah, I have had many over the last week - maybe spammers are getting email addresses from GPWA and spamming them as will be restricted on GPWA
