Hello For all the affiliates that are looking for buying a theme, I want to aware about Spinoko theme, I am requesting new customed feature, but the developer refused to complete the job and insist to release only limited work. Job was already paid and he is not responding anymore in Telegram. Anyone has any idea how to be able to solve the issue ? I am feeling cheating by all this and I didn´t get the features I have requested.

Just to clarify: this was a custom development request separate from the standard theme. We agreed on a specific feature, I delivered it as a custom plugin, and then I also made several adjustments afterwards. At a certain point the requests expanded into new functionality that wasn't part of the original scope.

I try to be clear about scope and to support my customers properly, but I can't provide unlimited custom work. The theme and the custom plugin remain fully supported, and I'm always available for reasonable requests within scope. I'd prefer to leave it at that and move forward.

The Dinomatic has a WONDERFUL ticket system, which directly reaches out to Levon. Can't see why you'd need to post on third party forums AT ALL to resolve your issue (and it seems like it's not an issue at all).

It's my 5th or 6th year and I've never had a ticket unanswered, or a ticket that took even more than 24hrs to be answered. I've also had custom small things done for me for no cost and despite them being "small" I've always asked how much would they cost, because someone's time is always valuable.

The Spinoko theme is more than enough to provide all current and new affiliates with a very efficient backend, and super slick front end, so the "warning" about buying the theme, seems unnecessary and dare I to say malicious.

What the message should have said, is "Hey I paid for a custom job, did a few revisions but I want some more or w/e and I can't reach the developer. Any help would be appreciated". Instead you made it sound like he took your money, and ran away with it with an incomplete, undone job.
