Sports betting affiliate program recommendation + few questions..
Hello everyone, I'm new here and would like to ask for some advice about sports-betting affiliate programs.
1. Can someone please tell me which programs you find reliable to send to in terms of conversion and overall terms?
2. I understand CPA varies between $75-150 depends on volume and quality of the players, can you please tell me if it make sense? as I know casino could be much higher.
3. I would also like to know which regions are big in sportsbetting as I so far understand it's not necessarily conventional like casino. (AU/CA/UK, etc), but other regions convert as-well.
Generally I buy traffic for other verticals and would like to test sports, if there's anything else you think I should know, please shoot..
Thanks to those who reply.

Very interested in this myself. My website will focus on the English Premier League and I’m aiming at the UK and Irish markets mainly. I’m considering going with just two affiliates, Bet365 and BetVictor. I’ve researched both extensively but have no working knowledge of either as my website is not live yet.
From what I have read Bet365 convert and retain well, but it seems that everyone is pushing the Bet365 brand so competition must be fierce enough. The betting site offers what is considered the best user experience, with greatest number of markets on football so for those reasons they convert better than most other betting sites. Also Bet365 are popular with affiliates as they are reliable and honest with them. One black mark against the program is negative rollover.
BetVictor offer the best football odds, and have done for five years running. They also have the reputation of being the “gentleman’s bookmaker” and allow larger stakes than most. For that reason they are an easy sell and you would hope that they convert well as a result. The problem with BetVictor is that their affiliates program has come under a little bit of fire in recent times, with affiliate accounts getting closed with little warning, and predatory terms going into agreements with affiliates. On the plus side they claim that there is no negative rollover.
I don’t think either Bet365 or BetVictor offer CPA, but in general it would seem that Revenue Share is more profitable in the long run. The only UK program (for sports betting) that I am aware of that offers CPA is BetFred.
So I hope this advice from a newbie with no working experience of these affiliate programs is helpful!
I would also love to hear the thoughts of the more experienced affiliates on regions, are there any hotspots outside of the obvious when it comes to football and sports betting? And also are there any must have affiliate programs, or ones that we should stay away from?
Cheers a million

I wouldn't touch betvictor with the way they treat affiliates. Bet365 are great but as you say may be a bit hard to convert.
Betfred/activewins have been fine but payments have been late recently and the betfred site is atrocious imo, I don't know how much it affects conversions and retention but from a player prospective I hate using the site and only do so for exclusive coupons (30 minute limit etc)
