How old is that blog running?
I observed that it only has PR1 but with good Alexa standing.

The blog has been running for apx 6 months. The sites niche is unique and gets a bunch of google search hits for any particular handicapper in the sports betting region. It's funny how Google operates, it goes with the theory pagerank is overplayed and its important to have unique and fresh content. FreeNbaPicks was on the top page for March Madness Bracket since the beginning of the tournament which also helps with Alexa ranking. Blog will explode I'm sure within the next semester I just do not have the time to update it at this given time.
