Bet 365 and Pinnacle long time ago. I like big limits and endless offering on in-play events.

Intertops Sportsbook and Bovada Sportsbook. They've been around for a number of years now and they do have reasonably good conversions. I've never had any problems with them and I think it's worth giving them a go.

SIA are only for Canadians. They have Jersey licence, I just asked them, because SIA has one of the best affiliate programs.
