Stan James and Payment

I have not received a payment from Stan James since December of last year and I am owed quite a bit of money, what should I do, they just stopped responding after numerous emails stating that they were going to pay tomorrow etc...

I spoke to AH, the affiliate manager both this week and last. they are aiming for this week. they have a history of this albeit never so bad, but they will pay.
