Starting A Binary Options Website.

I already have a casino affiliate site which i launched a few months ago, and is already just started making headway in the natural listings (still early days though). However, I am looking at starting a Binary Options comparison table website now.

I have very limited knowledge on it, but believe that it could be a rather good affiliate income generator. I have read a few posts on here about it, and also looked at some of the other top ranking sites too. I wonder if anyone could offer a little more information on this sector.

The things I would really appreciate knowing are:

1. Do you have to sign up to each company separately, or is there a central affiliate company that deals with all the Binary Option companies?
2. Is this market regulated? So would I have to get any qualifications or certificates to have the comparison site?
3. Is there any claw back on affiliate earnings if people make money after being referred?
4. What are the best deals the companies are offering to affiliates?

Again, any info to help me on my new venture into the Binary niche would be greatly appreciated.
