The state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt ratified the State Treaty on Gambling 2021 yesterday evening. State Treaty on Gambling enters into force at the beginning of July
From the beginning of July, online poker and roulette on the Internet will be permitted according to uniform nationwide rules. This is when the new State Treaty on Gaming, which the German states have agreed on, comes into force.
