Hi Everyone!
Just registered at this forum, probably should have done a long time ago instead of struggling and fighting on my own with various projects and issues.
Iīve had a passion for the iGaming industry for as long as I can remember, probably since playing hoyle casino games on my first computer in 96Recently, I moved to Malta to persue my dreams and make it within this industry. A few months ago, I quit my job at one of the greatest companies/online casinos I have stumbled upon. I obtained a lot of great casino-domains and started live-streaming, I am pretty sure my channel was the fastest growing within itīs area on twitch for a brief period, before I hit a MAJOR speedbump - Staybet.
While streaming, sometimes I would get a no-deposit bonus with wagering requirements attached, but in the end withdrawable funds. Mostly however, I would deposit myself and occasionly take a 100% deposit bonus. Everything was going great until I met the CEO for Staybet. We were discussing the live-streaming phenomena and itīs potential, and as an owner of some satelite channels, he sold me the idea of airing a casinoshow as well as the livestream itself. I, of course, saw this as a lifetime opportunity and went all-in, dedicating my time to stream and promote this staybet casino. What they have put me through, makes me want to throw up only by thinking about it. The consequences from what they did to me, I came to realize first now a few months later and I canīt describe how I feel about it....
One evening, when I was not planning to stream but going on a well needed "date-night" with my spouse, I recieved a call from the CEO and affiliate manager for staybet. They requested that I go live with my stream since the streamer with the highest amount of viewers just went broke and there was nobody else on that could compete with me at the moment. I explained I could not but they persuaded me and added a 150 bonus to my account with 80x (!) wagering. No max withdrawal. I streamed for 3 days and 20 hours in total, in front of 100s of viewers, hitting some great wins and having a really awesome streak in general. I was going up to 3k and down to 200, back up again and down....I kept on playing to generate more traffic and I also felt bad about withdrawing without being "worth" it. The viewers started questioning me after a big hit that took me back to 2.7k (money were now fully wagered since 30 hours back) , urging me to make a withdrawal. I requested one, and got a call from the CEO, literally laughing at me for thinking I would be able to withdraw my winnings..... This was a lot of money for me and really well needed after a loosing streak where I had deposited 4-5k for the previous sessions.
A month later, I was expecting to at least get my revenue share paid out, since it was now my only income. Our deal was 40% rev share but my account has been set to 25%-30% , the rev share that was going to be paid out for June was 1276, which still shows pending on my affiliate account. Week after week, they came up with new excuses as to why it has not been paid out yet. Then one day, I tried to log on my affiliate account but could not. Their affiliate manager removed me on skype and blocked me on facebook, nobody would answer my emails and I was left out hangin.
The numbers donīt even add up, funds have been removed from time to time and the CEO has even stated that they take away fees retroactively even after the net rev is set for the month, this to cover cost for retention, newsletters and customer support for the customers I sent to them....
I had friends and ex-collegues registering and playing with them, reporting fishy stuff about the wagering requirements for the bonuses, which seem somewhat dynamic. Even after clearly having wagered the full amount, the system would show something else. If you asked the support 3 times the same evening without playing in between, you would get different answers as for how much wagering you have remaining. In one case, adding up to 350x in total. I have been sent transcripts where the support writes drunk messages that make no sense, where the support has been offensive towards the players and even seen with my own eyes live in a bar how the CEO is taking over chats and telling customers to f*** off. Some of the people they have been confiscated money and refusing to pay out winnings to are the most serious and well experienced people I know in the business, working in payment and fraud departments on other casinos.
Staybet has a Curacao license, and I feel like there is absolutely nothing I can do about them keeping on running their business like they have no obligations whatsoever towards their affiliates or players. Not getting my affiliate money, not getting my winnings, I ended up getting evicted from my apartment, almost left by my girlfriend, all my affiliatesites got put on hold as I could not pay my freelancers, and this has all snowballed into a situation where I now canīt even pay my internet bills or renew domains I think are worth a lot of money. I am simply about to loose everything. I have blamed myself since day one for this, had I been able to keep my stream going at the same pace I did before, I would most likely never have to get a 8-4 job again and would live happily doing what I am passionate about and enjoy the most. And loosing domains every day as I am right now, feels like getting stabbed each time one goes away,
I hope I did not get too much of topic, and I am happy if you read this far. I simply donīt know what to do anymore, if there is at least some way or somewhere to turn to in order to get the ****** 30% rev share paid out at least, I would be able to save my highest valued domains and be back on track within 2-3 months. Any information or suggestions on how to proceed would be extremely appreciated!
Thank you for your time and have a great nioght everyone!
