Today's temp 42C (107F), worse, the air-con shat itself on last Wed, and can't be replaced till this Thursday. And, this week is a heatwave... YaY.

WOW... that's actually dangerous! People over here die when it gets that hot with no A/C... mainly the elderly, but it's still heat stroke weather.

As for the cold weather, we had snow before Christmas, but it's been "warm" this January, with temps in the mid 40's to low 50's (7-12c)... so not that bad. But it's so wet that if I don't wear a jacket I still run the risk of catching a cold... and with London coming up that would really suck!
