I have a site that made high affiliate earnings at the past (about 200k in 2 years, but the site ranked and bring depositors for only about 3-4 months).

Then it got a penalty from google that showed in my webmaster tools.

After 3 years, google removed it. I noticed it when I started to see it again on first 3 pages of search results.

It was ranking number one for lots of very high-value keywords (USA keywords). As I invested to seo for these valuable keywords, it was bringing 1 depositor for every 25 visitors. About players average was $1200 for the casinos and $400 for me.

After its penalty removed last month, I did some seo and bring them to page 2 for my keywords (I'm not working on just one or few keywords. I work on hundreds of keywords at the same time. So it is very strong for lots of keywords)

This main site and some other sites that I am currently working on, are all for sale. And I don't have any budget to invest more (about 10-15k)

I'm giving all sites, not only one of them. More than $50k invested to them in last 5 yers.

As you know, RevenueJet and AffActive closed. I still earn from 2 of my GrandPrive accounts. I can sell this and all other small affiliate accounts fro an extra $10k.

In my GrandPrive account, there is a player who still has about 20k in his/her account. Also there are other players in this account and other accounts.

All sites + all affiliate accounts only for $39,000.

Sites are for sale because of their search engine rankings, not because of design. Because rankings are what bring depositors.

Just type an USA related keyword (usa online casinos, online casino usa,etc) and you'll see the main site on first page.
Then you can do this for hundreds of USA related keywords.

Actually I want to reach site owners that are on first page of these keywords, as they know and understand what I mean.

If sold, it is ok. If not sold, it is still ok.

Although sites are for sale, I'm looking to find funds to complete my seo project to bring them first spot of google. If I find it earlier, I'll end the sale earlier.

we all know that these kind of sites can't stand on the first page , unless they have a lot of link building going on lol ... i doubt anybody will pay 50k and risk it haha , this site can vanish anytime from serps ...

right. but if the site protects its ranking for 3-4 months with 7-8k dollars seo work, it will bring 200k earnings in 2 years.

also only affiliate accounts that are on the sale will probably give back the purchase amount to the buyer, which is total 39k -all affiliate accounts are included-.

hundreds of keywords on the first page doesn´t bring that much revenue. It needs more seo work, and my budget finished. I was not prepaired to this.
