    Default superior casino (affiliate issue)

Hello since the supposed processing debacle I have a negative for the last 2 months. supposedly all my players on one tracker all used the e-check option. Now I find them stealing players. I have trackers with non-us players and know some of the high rollers personally. It seems month after month players disappear on their system yet the players tell me they are playing. I had one player say he deposited around 10,000 this month. the system shows on that tracker (with 50 other players), deposits in the amount of only 4,500. Would someone care to explain this?

    Hi casinoking,

This just can't be truth. We would never EVER steal a player.

Please PM me your username and I will gladly look into your inquiry.

    Thanks a lot,

    Paul,

Be sure to keep me updated on this so we can make sure the threads are updated accordingly.

casinoking, I have edited the thread title both here AND at the GIA since it's obvious that you have not even discussed this issue with Affiliate Management yet. It is suggested that you discuss this with them and at least give them the opportunity to work on a solution.

Thanks a lot Rick. It is much appreciated. I also believe affiliates should try to contact us first before creating this kind of threads.

I will look forward to hear from casinoking

By the way casinoking. You can reach me through my personal email manager at superiorshare.net

Thanks once again for your time,

Affiliates should discuss with programs directly first , then if you are not satisfied ask Anthony/Michael to assist .Going to the forums should be the last step IMO .One thing that raises red flags to me is you know your player deposited $10,000 ,how is that possible?Has that player ever produced revenue for you ?Maybe he went to the site before and is tagged to another affiliate?
I have sent test players before who did not tag to me because they had signed up for free money accounts in past. This is not in relations to Superior just general.

If there is documented proof this happened, then I don't think it should be a requirement to talk to the management first.

I have posted tested deposits not showing up without trying to talk to management because 1. I had 100% proof and 2. I needed support from my peers and 3. It is more likely to get swept under the carpet in pm's (likely BS excuses) and it doesn't help anybody.

Not saying Superior is doing this! Sorry Paul!

We don't have proof here. But as a general statement, having to talk to management first isn't always the best course IMO.

I don't agree on this one my dear Mojo. I believe you should know the program you are working with, make sure you can reach your manager and build a relationship where you can actually trust your partner (affiliate program). If you can't do this, then you better don't promote this program. Issues like the one described above should always be discussed with the program management first IMO.

If you can't do this, then I think you shouldn't promote the program in question don't you think? My POV of course.

That's how Bryan runs the pitch-a-bitch at Casinomeister. First talk to the casino rep, then file a complaint at Casinomeister, and if its still not resolved, resort to the forums. Makes sense to me.

Thank you for the response Paul. I always enjoy a good debate.

I have to disagree. For the record, this isn't about Superior. I have enjoyed working with Superior.

There are some programs I promote that no, I do not trust. I am speaking from my own experience and this is my own opinion only. For example, there was a program who I used to trust and had high rollers there. Events led me to not trust them anymore but I still had players. There was nothing wrong with the casinos so I felt stuck and continued to promote them. I had a test account make deposits, and to no surprise, it was not reflected correctly.

There was no point in writing the management for lip service. I felt it important that whether they were just doing it to me or not, affiliates be warned. I posted and I had screenshots.

In a perfect world I would trust all programs but I think that trust is fleeting in this biz because I think we've seen everything lol.

I stick to my original post that it should not be written in stone that we talk to managers first but rather on a case by case basis.

Since when did GPWA offer a mediation service? When Vegas Affiliates were bending me over backwards I went to Michael and asked for help and he declined to get involved.

casinoking if you've got an issue dont feel bullied into following someone elses wishes - do what you think is best for you.

    Default Contacting Aff programs

I tend to agree with Mojo - if an affiliate has proof and its 100% why contact the aff program - get it out and let all affs know. Just because Bryan does something his way does not mean that the rest of us have to. As ever though - you need to be aware of the consequences if you are wrong as you are sullying the reputation of a business. There could be legal repurcussions.

I know Anthony and Michael have helped many people although they do not offer 'mediation service'.In any case Now Paul is on it I am sure they will resolve the issue.casinoking still did not explain how they know their player deposit habits.I send thousands of players to casinos and I never know what they deposits unless they are test players or they have issues and send letter to us via our forum.

casinoking you are wasting our time by posting no proof you have been "shaved".
