    Unhappy Aah, Supreme Court Appeals

Well here's how the US Supreme Court works. The appeals courts review decisions of trial courts for errors of law. An appeals court considers only the record from the trial court, and the legal arguments of the parties. What they are going to find is that the Pro and Amatuer Sports Protection Act is not unconstitutional. Mostly cause it has been in act for 25-years.

    Goodness gracious!

This appears to be an excellent treatment of the matter (New Jersey sports betting):

American Bar Association Believes PASPA Gaming Law Is Unconstitutional

I had a strong hunch the SC would decide to hear the case this time despite the recent "recommendation" against doing so, and I strongly suspect correction is on the way now. Just as I have also believed that all along for nonsports online gambling and poker.
