Have you thought about using a free translation, publishing it yourself, then having this new content writer, fluent in Swedish, edit it to perfection, to minimize work required by them?

I've had to translate some texts that were pretty much impossible to decipher after it having been through google translate. It would have been a lot easier to translate the whole text than editing itself. But yeah, I could possibly be able to help a bit with your websites in change for some useful advice for my new portal.
