Default Swiss Casino using pop unders too

Swiss Casino is using pop unders to the same as Clubdice did. Of course Clubdice removed them after asking them to so I have asked Swiss to do the same. I have not had a response yet from Swiss Casino but I will let you know when I do.

Look at the crap response I got from them:

    Robert:

Start to send us a lot of traffic and we will be happy to turn off your
exit traffic. We only do this for higher producing affiliates.

" my problems with Swiss Casino..." What problems are you referring to?

    Good luck.

At this point I will be removing Swiss Casino since this is the type of service you can expect.

    Swiss Casinos final reply:

    Robert:

That is the only response I could give you as our company policy is that
we will only remove the exit traffic for high performing affiliates.
For our highest performing affiliates we even give them the exit
    traffic.

I am taking them off my site, who needs to help out there highest performing affiliate.

    Bummer......

On one hand, I can understand their point from a business standpoint.
But, on the other hand, it seems to be a bit of a double-standard. It's tough for the little guy to become a big guy when he/she is constantly faced with hurdles to overcome.

Aahhhhhhh....... there's lots of casinos to promote, move on.

Club Dice done the right thing, but shame on Swiss Casinos.

As affiliates we give them a lot for free. We show banners and write reviews, all of which improve their branding and image. Even if a visitor doesn't clickthru to their casino immediatly they remember the banners and reviews etc and will look more favourably on the casino when they see future adverting.

All this we give for free, and when we send a visitor to the casinos website we expect the casino to have a single goal - to sign-up the visitor as a real player.

We are freely sending our traffic (some of which we have paid for) with no assurance that we will gain anything from it. We expect that the casino treats our traffic with respect, and does everything possible to 'close the deal'.

Even if the visitor exits the casino site without signing, they are still our visitors. We have paid for this traffic either through hard work or cold cash, and it is our traffic until they decide to go eleswhere.

There are over a thousand casinos on the net, if a casino uses these tatics and refuses to change then don't promote them.

ExCUSE me????? So, not only are they not helping the little guy, they're taking his traffic and giving it to their better performers?!?!? What the hell? :shake: :nono:

Swiss Casino, listen up - Until you change this policy and your attitude, you'll never be on my site. And I'm sure a LOT of webmasters are going to follow suit. You have absolutely no clue as to who's going to be the next giant portal, so whose toes are you stepping on???

    Unbelievable. :shake: :shake:

Here's the thing, and this goes for all casinos - We (all portals) are your best and cheapest source of traffic and income. If we don't produce, it doesn't cost you a penny; unlike your PPC listings and your paid advertising. You really ought to learn to get your priorities straight.

Apparently as a group were are not sending enough traffic to Playtech Casinos for anyone to care enough to change this. If the the combined efforts of all the smaller portals is worth losing in order to benefit a few of their larger affs, then that makes good business sense on their end. Hard to imagine, but possible. I had not been pushing them much.

When I read in the Private forum that Sunny Groups were finally going to let affs in, I started pushing the Playtechs just a bit. I circulated a page or two on Playtechs, just a little nudge in anticipation of Sunny and got a few takers with minimal exposure. So there is some interest in Playtech.

    James,
The thing that bothers me here, is that I, like many, try to sell the Software Brand and like to have all the possiblities available. Let's face it, if they like one, they will get them all eventually, even if not all thru me. There is a hidden value as Croup so aptly points out.

Your responses to this are a little disturbing. Perhaps a RE-THINK is in order on this? What do you think? Would appreciate your comments.

Just to clarify, CPA, Club Dice, also Playtech, will remove the exit pop if you write Alon and ask him to.

Well if you want to promote Playtech, go with Goldgatecasino.com. They are Playtech, owned by Sunny Group, no exits curently and you wont have to deal with the take it or leave it BS attitude of Swiss or 'beg' Club Dice to show you and your traffic some respect.

There are always options for webmasters. You don't need to eat crap from these casinos. With more then a 1000 online now and more coming, these guys had better learn how to start kissing our butt.

" I don't need you because casino aff progs are a dime a dozen, but you sure as hell need me because players aren't "

I have had them since b4 they went with Sunny. Pretty good set up. Same Playtech backend, difference being, they also toss some webmaster respect into the aff prog. Also City Club, brand new Playtech.

I've had City Club for months or are you referring to Sunny's recent aquisition of GoldGate?

Has Sunny's aff program gone live with the aff program for Fortune, Mapau and Miami?

Also, has anyone been able to hook up with Brandy for an aff deal since it started taking Real Players?

    Thanks

My apologies but our exit traffic goes to Gambling Tour for 99% of all of our affiliates. We have removed the exit traffic for a few LARGE affiliates.

The exit traffic is quite valuable to us and it allows us to pay our affiliates a higher % than many other casinos.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Best of luck.

They are not budging on this one. I wrote back and said, "I will be removing all of the Swiss Casino banners. Therefore, your exit traffic will be reduced to zero from my traffic. Sorry for the inconvienence this may cause you."

    :rof:

Not like I promoted them hard anyway. Everyone should shoot off an email on this one.

And just how much "higher a percentage are they paying" than all those other casinos because they're sending our traffic to Gambing Tour???

Its just 35% same as alot of other casinos they also have a tier program. However I have many other casinos that pay 35% or better that do not steal your traffic.

    Hi nascar1,
It has nothing to do with begging us. We are very aware of your concerns
with regards to the exit and that is why we offered to remove it for
affiliates that are willing to pass on the 3 month grace period. As I have
stated in earlier posts the exit traffic helps us to finance this 3 month
period during which we pay the fees but DO NOT pass them on to our
affiliates. Believe it or not the majority of our affiliates do not mind
the exit, as it does not affect your conversions and it helps us with the
    grace period.

For those of you that wish the exit removed all you have to do is
send us an email requesting to remove the exit and that you agree to
pass on the 3 month grace period stated in our Terms & Conditions. I’m a bit
lost as how this would be considered begging and why you would think that we do
not respect both you and the traffic that you send.

You are our partners, and we both should and do respect each other. All
of our affiliates are very valuable to us, big or small, and we are very
focused on making you all happy.

Well if this was truly the case, and for the life of me I have no idea why you would think that you should pass this cost onto affiliates, then you would AUTOMATICALLY remove the pops once your 'costs' have been covered rather then have a webmaster need to request it. If it is a cost recovery mechanism, then by you keeping them on the site is a profit center that you are taking without need, except maybe cause you can. I still have not found this covered in your T&C. Just where is the notice of request to remove clause at exactly?

By the way, I have requested it and I still get them. Sent another email to Yeal, who told me he would take care of anything I needed, just drop him a note.

    I did.....No response.

    Imagine that.
